Mao Feng means ‘hair tip’ in Chinese. This pointy by look, sweet and floral by smell, and full-bodied yet mellow by taste, white tea is young plucked Pai Mu Tan-White Peony. The aroma has a poetic force, an invitation to simplicity with a colour described as ‘jade white’. Since it does not undergo any processing at high temperatures, it has more antioxidants and immune-enhancing qualities than other teas. Besides, it’s so pleasurable to drink that you’ll start to see bluebells along your path.
